• Reiki & Reflexology,
• Well-being Coaching and Meditation Instruction
• Classes for Fitness Training, Kickboxing, Yoga& Nia Dance
• Community supported Art projects, Playshops and Lessons

First Phase (Completed May 2013) - Three full/part-time offices to allow part-time

and a store front to carry locally produced earth friendly products.

Second Phase-  YOGA & COMMUNITY SPACE and ARTIST CO-OP. (Opened June 1, 2014)

Third Phase-    A conference/education room with another 4-6 shared office spaces for visiting practitioners and treatment space. 

Fourth Phase- ZERO footprint retrofit of the 74 year old building.
