Advanced Massage / MO (Manual Osteopathy) with Nicolette Neuford, RMT, MO

Within the advanced massage session Nicolette may use techniques that overlap with Manual Osteopathy (MO).
Nicolette completed her continuing education course with the National Academy of Osteopathy for registered professionals.

Although she leans more toward cranial sacral osteopathy, visceral and somatoemotional release, the session may include extended holds, mobilizations, rocking, shaking, traction, PNF (active contraction/stretch releases), mechanotherapy and myofascial release.  

Please wear relaxed exercise type clothing, no belts, buckles nor jeans to have the option of clothed techniques pre or post massage.
The session will be charged as part of your Registered Massage Therapy treatment. 

Please note you will not be able to utilize manual osteopathy health benefits with Nicolette.
