I'm excited to be a part of the Wallaceburg Wellness Centre team! I have been interested in health as long as I can remember. My childhood interest was encouraged by my friends and family, and I formally began my journey with massage therapy at Lambton College in 2012. I have been in practice as an RMT since 2014.
I offer relaxational massage (sometimes referred to as "Swedish massage") , trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release therapy. I enjoy providing therapeutic treatments that relieve pain, and find it very rewarding to be able to help others.
I work with each client in order to provide the most effective treatment, and customize each treatment to the needs of that particular client. My treatment includes, as needed, a consultation, an assessment, manual therapy, and self-care homework for my clients. I welcome feed-back from my clients at any time in order to better meet their needs.

Treatment Fees (HST included):
30 minutes - $65.00
45 minutes - $85.00
60 minutes - $100.01
75 minute - $120.01
90 minutes - $150.00
You will receive a signed receipt for your treatment.
Direct Billing: I am able to directly bill many of the insurance companies that manage health benefit plans; however, claims are assessed on a per-claim basis, and can be unexpectedly denied. It always helps to have an alternative payment method, just in case.
Cancelation Policy
Your appointment has been reserved especially for you. If you're unable to make it to your appointment, I appreciate 24 hours notice. Cancellations less than 2 hours before your scheduled session will result in a late cancellation/ no-show fee equal to 50% of the cost of your treatment (refer to fee schedule below). This fee is not covered by health benefit plans, and must be paid out of pocket prior to receiving treatment again.
How to cancel or reschedule an appointment:
Please include your full name, and the date and time of your appointment. Please DO NOT simply reply to the automated confirmation/ reminder email/text messages you received. That account is not monitored regularly, and your response may be overlooked.

For optimal appointment availability, I recommend booking your appointments 6-8 weeks in advance.
HOW TO BOOK ONLINE
Select which therapist you would like to book an appointment with. Select the day you would like your appointment on. Select the time you would like your appointment to begin. While the available appointments display as 30 minute sessions, you can select the desired length of your appointment under the "Service"/"Select Service" drop down menu. Enter your name and personal contact info. Select how you would like to receive your appointment reminders. Push the "Book" button. If the length of treatment you are requesting is not available at the time you are requesting, you will receive the following pop-up message: "This time is in conflict with another appointment. Please try a different time." (You can also try a different length of treatment.) Once you've booked your appointment, make sure you push the "Continue" button to finish the process. Check your email/texts for your appointment request confirmation. If you never hear back from us, contact us to make sure we received your appointment request!
Please note: My schedule is set up to automatically insert 15 minutes between each appointment to allow for medical charting and proper cleaning. This buffer time may reduce the "actual" time available for booking. If you're having difficulties booking, you may have to try a shorter appointment.
