WELCOME Simone Bouffard, RMT

Simone is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. With a passion for supporting clients through all stages of life, she takes a personalized approach to each treatment, focusing on the unique needs, comfort, and goals of every individual.

Her practice focuses on lymphatic massage, relaxation massage, pregnancy massage and postpartum care. She especially enjoys supporting clients through the many changes and transitions the body experiences— whether during pregnancy and postpartum, recovery after surgery, periods of increased stress, or simply the need for rest and restoration.

Simone has experience working with adolescents, as well as men and women of all ages and understands that no two bodies or treatment goals are the same. Each appointment is tailored to the individual, with treatments adapted to meet clients where they are that day.

Her goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their care. Whether seeking focused therapeutic treatment or time to relax and reconnect, Simone strives to help each client leave feeling restored, supported, and more at ease in their body.

Treatment Fees (HST included): 

30 minutes - $70.00
45 minutes - $85.00
​60 minutes - $100.00​
 

You will receive a signed receipt for your treatment.

Direct Billing: I am able to directly bill many of the insurance companies that manage health benefit plans; however, claims are assessed on a per-claim basis, and can be unexpectedly denied. It always helps to have an alternative payment method, just in case.

Cancelation Policy

Your appointment has been reserved especially for you. If you're unable to make it to your appointment, I appreciate 24 hours notice.  Cancellations less than 4 hours before your scheduled session are considered no-shows and will result in a no-show fee equal to 50% of the cost of your treatment (refer to fee schedule below). This fee is not covered by health benefit plans, and must be paid out of pocket prior to receiving treatment again.
