1. What is rehabilitative manual therapy? 
Rehabilitative Manual therapy is a holistic approach to finding and removing the root cause of disturbance in the body. It is a ‘hands-on therapy that restores the normal structure of the musculoskeletal system, which in turn improves the function of the nervous, circulatory and immune systems and allows faster healing, reducing pain, congestion and restriction within the body 

2. What can I expect during a session?
Your first session will begin with an overview of your health history, as well as a postural assessment, and bio-mechanical analysis. We will then discuss how manual therapy can be applied to your unique situation and create an individualized treatment plan. Subsequent visits require less assessment and increased amount of specific work. Treatments involve mild participation from the patient.

3. How can manual therapy help me? 
Rehabilitative manual therapy can help improve the body’s structural function which will allow it to operate and heal more efficiently. By improving the inter-relationship of the multiple systems in the body it can help many conditions such as: • Decrease of tension in the body, reducing aches and pains • Reduction of pain in muscles and stiffness in joints • Increase of blood circulation and healing • Improvement of joint mobility and posture • Respiratory, Digestive, Reproduction issues 

4. How much does an appointment cost?
The cost for an initial visit is $40 and then $30 for subsequent visits.

5. is Rehabilitative Manual Therapy covered under private insurance?
It is not currently covered under any insurance providers.

6. How long are appointment times?
An initial visit takes 45 minutes and a regular treatment can last anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. The length of the treatment depends on a variety of factors including age, lifestyle, frequency

7. What should I wear to an appointment?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing avoiding zippers, clasps and buckles. Shoes and jewelry such as watches and necklaces must be removed prior to treatment.
