Born and raised in Newfoundland, I have been living an active existance my entire life. In 2015, I decided to make it my career and acquired my Personal Training Certification (Ontario Fitness Council) with a Group Instructor Certification through an intensive 2 year program at St. Clair College. Since then, I have been helping clients all throughout Chatham-Kent reach there fitness and weightloss goals. 
My philosophy is to keep it simple, safe, and efficient, while providing an judgement-free and light hearted experience to those I coach. I love to work with all ages and abilities and my greatest passion is helping people shed unhealthy body fat and totally transforming their bodies. 
Efficiency to me means doing the right things at the right times for my clients in  regards to exercise, but also ensuring that anyone who takes me on as there coach will get every second of value when they are training with me. In short, we will have a good time, but I will never waste a second of your time. 

Did I mention I also love to design and teach group classes? Small groups or Large groups or One on One, it makes no difference to me. It's still going to be safe, simple and efficient. A few laughs along way too, I'm sure. I am very happy to be a part of the Wallaceburg Wellness Centres' team and I can't wait to see you upstairs in our beautiful Studio Space!

Personal Training Fees

1 hr fitness consultation 
$40 for member. $45 non member.
goal setting..mobility assessments.. measurements-->(if wanted) exercise prescription ect..

1 hr Personal training per session
1 x per week $45 member $50 non
2 x per week $40 member $45 non
3 x per week $35 member $40 non

1hr for couple or friends (2 people) 
add $10 per session.

30 min Personal training
1 x per week $30
2 x per week $27.50
3 x per week $25

If paid in full.. 12 sessions ... 1hr or 30 mins ...12th is free!
